Urban Luxury Compact Home  are houses we generally classify for buildings that houses all the 
necessary space from utility room (garages, mechanical rooms) and living/working space under one roof. We understand that the word "Compact" may mean different things to different people but in our design case we mean "Units closely or joined". ​

In cities like Dimapur the speed of housing developemnt may range from 20 - 30 years in phases and home owners who previously had larger plot may try to develope houses around their home either for their childrens or for rented space. During this stage of development "Urban Compact Home" assures that none of its utilities/facilities are lost while plotting and that all the necessary infrastructures required for the home remains intact. Imagine you had previously build your garage or septic tank on the side yard and now you wish to build a house over it. So moving and building the garage or septic will add up the cost and sometime there might even not be empty spaces to relocate.
